Job Duties
Supports the GPS contracts team with contract administration and engagement initiation functions as directed by leadership. Assists with the entry of routine contract and engagement financial data as assigned. Part of a centralized team that provides support needed to deliver accurate and timely contract administration and daily engagement initiation to support internal client teams. Provides ad-hoc analyses associated with internal and external contracts and finance policy/regulations. Assists with communication relevant information to assigned teams.
- Understands data entry requirements associated with the department’s IT tools & systems used for contract & engagement management and filing.
- Enters contract and financial data into appropriate forms, databases, and system related to their assigned tasks. Checks existence, accuracy, and completeness of electronic documents related to contract agreements. Accountable for the integrity of the contractual & financial system data.
- Completes contract and subcontract administration tasks such as invoice approval, management of subcontract annual representations and certifications, subcontract plan reporting, etc. Manages to project timelines.
- Organizes, stores, and catalogs softcopy proposal/contract materials in accordance with stated policies and procedures.
- Participates in data audits and interacts with other administrators and managers to ensure entry is accurate and other enabling organizations to ensure data is understood.
- Interfaces with the appropriate resources to resolve data discrepancies.
- Conducts routine review of internal and external policies and regulations as directed that may affect the support to assigned team and communicate impacts to leadership.
- Determination of the manner in which terms and conditions of contracts should be represented in Deloitte systems based on training and reference material provided.
- Performs job-related duties as assigned.
Required Experience and Education
- 1 year or less of work experience
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Experience with MS Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to multitask
- Ability to work effectively and collaborate with teams
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
For individuals assigned and/or hired to work in Colorado, Deloitte is required by law to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. This compensation range is specific to the State of Colorado and takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and delivery model. We would not anticipate that the individual hired into this role would land at or near the top end of the range, but such a decision will be dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the Contracts Operations Analyst would be$44k – $65k .
