Full Job Description
We are looking for a remote professional customer support associate to help us accomplish our mission of improving lives through supporting regenerative agriculture.
What you will do!
- Respond to all customer inquiries via phone, email and some social media
- Place and cancel phone orders
- Manage all returns, exchanges and refunds
- Record and escalate any quality control issues to the appropriate team member(s)
- Maintain and enhance strong customer relationships
- Educate consumers on product features and benefits
- Provide timely follow up to all inquiries, ensuring a wrap around customer support experience
- Participate in up-selling and cross-selling at appropriate opportunities
- Take ownership of this role to help create a positive and empowered support team
- Act as a company “gatekeeper” to ensure management and team are aware of any escalating issues

Who you are!
- Self-starter with a proven history of customer support experience
- Professional and patient, willing to work through escalations in a calm manner
- Exceptional phone skills that involve active listening and comprehension
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with a variety of situations and characters
- Familiar with Groove, Slack, Shipstation preferred, or other similar platforms is fine
- Team player who is willing to learn and grow in this role and company
