Job Summary

Summary: To provide administrative and office managerial support that will perpetuate and enhance the Levy culture and business philosophy.  Results are achieved through intelligent, professional and practical communication

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Completes projects in a timely and professional manner
  • Ensures the highest quality and most efficient office management procedures (including faxing, filing, copying, and typing of letters/memos)
  • Communicates effectively and pleasantly over the telephone
  • Ensures daily and project-based culinary and beverage related materials are complete, timely and show quality
  • Has strong attention to detail
  • Builds and maintains strong relationships with clients, guests, subcontractors, not-for-profits and Levy Restaurants team members
  • Acts with a sense of urgency
  • Assist the Catering Sales Department with administrative functions
